The Service
On the basis of the orders, we offer art prints for your personal use.
Workflow and termination
A contract of sale shall not be concluded until we email you to accept your order, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us. The costs of delivery shall be charged to you in addition to the product price. The delivery costs will be displayed to you during the ordering process.
We will deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible after the day on which we accept your order, except as otherwise agreed with you. We shall be entitled to make partial deliveries.
In rare cases customs clearance (for countries other than the EU) can extend the delivery time.
Price
The price of the products is as shown within the order process. The price for the products includes 19% MwSt. (VAT). We may change the prices for future orders without prior notification to you.
Payment Method
Our current payment method is by Credit Card with Stripe as pre-payment.
What you should do if something goes wrong
Please check the goods after delivery at the earliest opportunity and take prompt action if defects are discovered and make written notification to us of any defects without delay. Please include a photo which shows the damage in your notification.
In case of any objection, all documentation with respect to the contract must be made available to us.
The papers and pigments used for the prints may show slight changes over time. These changes may be different from one production batch to another. Such discrepancies in product characteristics shall not form sufficient basis for defect.
Refund policy
You may have the right to cancel this contract if what you have bought is faulty or got damaged by the shipping company. In this case we will replace the product at no cost to you within a reasonable time.
